Who should attend Agility?

Agility caters to a diverse audience of GRC professionals. Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to accommodate individuals at various levels, from power users to leaders and decision-makers. The conference provides valuable insights and knowledge for anyone looking to enhance their GRC skills and knowledge.

How many people from my company can attend Agility?

We’d love to see your whole team at Agility. We welcome all GRC professionals and encourage teams to participate in this knowledge-sharing and collaborative event.

What does my Agility conference pass include?

Your Agility 2024 conference pass includes access to all conference and speaking sessions, and meals and entertainment, including:

– The Welcome Reception on March 20

– Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and a dinner reception on March 21

– Breakfast, lunch, and snacks on March 22

 

How can I justify attending Agility 2024 to my manager?

It’s harder than ever to get approval for events that require travel and expenses, which is why we put together a request template that will help justify your attendance.

Leverage our request template (and customize as you need) to prove the value of Agility 2024 and get the approvals you need!

Where and when can I pick up my conference badge?

Badge pickup will be available starting on Wednesday, March 20 at 2 pm CT at the Agility Registration Desk in the Wright Foyer.

I’m coming in from out of town. Where should I fly into?

Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Midway International (MDW) are both great options. They are equidistant to the heart of downtown, and both offer public transportation options to get you to the event.

Where should I stay during the conference?

The Loews Chicago Hotel is offering a discounted rate of $159/night for all Agility attendees until February 28, 2024. Book your room here or call (312) 840-6600 and mention the Agility conference to receive the discounted rate.

Can I extend my hotel stay or change my check-in and check-out dates? If so, can I still receive the discounted rate?

You will need to contact the hotel at (312) 840-6600 to make any changes to your reservation. The conference rate is available from March 16-24 depending on availability.

Is transportation provided to and from the conference?

No, conference attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event venue.

What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets can be transferred to other members of your team if needed. Just reach out to [email protected] and request a transfer with the new contact details. If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to discuss available refund options with you.

What is the dress code for Agility?

The dress code is business casual.

Who should I contact for vision, hearing or physical assistance in advance of the conference?

All Agility sessions are housed in handicap accessible buildings. Please reach out to [email protected] for additional accommodation needs.

I’d like to meet with my Account Team. Is there a time/place to do so?

Yes, absolutely! There will be ample breaks and time to network. Be sure to connect with your Account Team on logistics.

How can I earn CPE credits from attending Agility?

Upon request, LogicGate will provide you with an Agility 2024 Certificate of Completion, which will include a recap of all sessions attended. This recap can be submitted to your governing body of choice for CPE credits.
