NOTE: Agility 2021 is now an ALL VIRTUAL event.

I originally registered for the in-person event. What do I do now?

If you originally registered for the in-person experience, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to join us virtually. We will handle the change to your ticket type, and get you set up for the virtual experience. All you have to do is show up in the virtual world on September 23-24.  

What can I expect from the in-person experience?

In the spirit of remaining agile and adapting to change, we are re-working the schedule to accommodate speakers and sessions, and there is still so much to look forward to! From building connections with GRC thought leaders, to activities that don’t require screen time, and even a bit of magic

Will there still be a Power User Bootcamp?

Power User Bootcamp will also shift to fully virtual, and we will be following up directly with PUB Registrants and Power Users.

What is the ticket cancellation policy? 

We will not offer cancellations for Agility 2021. However, in-person tickets can be transferred to a virtual ticket. Contact agility@logicgate.com if you would like to change your ticket type.

If I’m not able to make it, can I transfer my pass to another team member? 

Yes, you are able to transfer your ticket through your registration confirmation email.

Who should I contact for vision or hearing assistance in advance of the conference? 

Please reach out to agility@logicgate.com for accommodation needs.

What are the dates of Agility?

Agility will take place on September 23-24, 2021.

I was planning on attending the in-person experience, and I had already booked my hotel room. What do I do now? 

The Swissotel will be cancelling any booked rooms free of charge, but if you would prefer to keep your reservation for any reason, please reach out to agilityteam@logicgate.com.
