This session delves into Vinted’s GRC journey, from launching a compliance and risk management department to using LogicGate as a key enabler. We’ll cover how we prioritized objectives, chose modules, and implemented a phased “test-and-learn” rollout to address regulatory and business needs.

Discover how we overcame challenges like adoption, cross-functional alignment, and tool limitations, and the tangible impact LogicGate had on our GRC maturity. We’ll also share our current state, next steps, and insights for scaling compliance programs.

Attendees will gain practical strategies for designing GRC frameworks, leveraging tools like LogicGate, and addressing common challenges to build agile and scalable solutions.
